Update 5/29/12

Oops! Didn't update yesterday. Anyways, yesterday I've been working on little bust pictures of the main characters (ie the protagonist, the four non-human courtable men, and the three main friends) so that I can feel like I can present the project officially with the profiles and main information.

I've decided to make the long-haired boy have shorter hair, so now it's just below his shoulders, if not a bit longer.

I've planned the first day of the introductory part, which lasts six or so days for you to look around town before you begin the first year of highschool.

This game will be tiered and separated into a bunch of dates, like It would go; Year one -> Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter -> 3 (?) days a week of learning, basic hanging out and chilling. -> Chosen club event once a month. -> Throughout the month there will be small decisions that will decide who you end up with. -> Whichever boy has the most points for that month gets a scene at the end of the month. -> There are events at the end/beginning of each of the seasons, like slumber parties, big dates, important information, etc. And stuff like dances and proms.

That's basically how the game will be set out, and you'll go through four years of highschool, and a cutscene of going into college/Being in college/Graduating the college, which is only a short distance from the highschool, at the near end of the game. If you have the suitable amount of points for more than one character, you get to end the game with them. That includes friendships (of the female persuasion) , that if maxed out with points, might change into romances! There's also going to be a few hidden romances, and you're going to be able to go to the main man of your choosings household to see his family.

The dood with the silver hair is also going to have retractable ears and a tail, of whichever animal he chooses at that moment o;

So that's what I've planned so far.

I'm hoping to gain a team, too! I mean, I see some willing people to help out on the Lemmasoft forums. I know a bit about art, which is mainly all I know, and I'm not a very good writer, so I'd need an editor/writer and a scripter (because I have no idea what I'm doing, mannn...), or at least a possible mentor for a bit? Like, if you know anything about scripting, if you could teach me those things, or I could ask you a few questions about it, that would be great! o: And possibly another artist? Like if they're better at lineart, or coloring (the only spot I like, but it could be cool and interesting to partner up like that. Or backgrounds! I suck at those. I was going to just use everyday ones I found, but eh. It would be cool and original-looking to use new images. Also, any music composers? I mean, woah. To me, making music is amazing and it's kinda like magic so like... anyone there, come on and hop in the horn pile. Or if you can help at all, just come on in and volunteer! I don't think I'll get that many people, because I've had problems with being over ambitious, and then asking for help where nobody really wants to help :'D I also think that if I have help, I'll actually be able to finish this. I'm way too overly ambitious, but I really want to put more awesome otome games out there (I don't know if mine will be up to the standards, but I'm hoping!)

Also, any names for any characters would be purrfect!
I've been having trouble with that :'D

~!~ Milly ~!~
